DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Define the vision and roadmap for mortgage products tailored to high-net-worth clients. Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including mortgage underwriters, and mortgage specialists and advisors, to align product features with client expectations ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with regulatory and business expectations. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to provide clarity and resolve issues. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to stakeholders and management, showcasing new features and improvements to gather feedback and drive engagement. Guide the development team to ensure understanding of product goals and priorities to ensure product is delivered with exceptional value. Communicate with executive leadership to ensure product goals align with organizational strategy. Prioritize features in the product backlog based on client feedback, regulatory requirements, and business value. Plan product releases and set expectations for delivery timelines. Drive customer-centric improvements to the mortgage application process for faster approval timelines. Use data insights to improve overall product and recommend strategies to reduce product churn. Identify all process impacts and ensure all documentation, both internal and Client facing, is current and compliant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Product, Operational Risk Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Adopting Agile Scrum practices and ceremonies including organizing sprint planning sessions, conducting daily stand-up meetings, holding sprint demonstrations, facilitating sprint retrospectives, and refining and prioritizing the backlog. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: business process improvement including process automation, project execution including digital transformation, and risk assessment and mitigation; managing dashboards, reports, and backlogs using Jira; Interpreting data and performance metrics through use of data analysis tools, including Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau; modeling, evaluating, and outlining proposed enhancements to operating models and process workflows; and Creating PowerPoint presentations to showcase product roadmap, updates, and communicate value propositions to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Full-Time. Salary:  $76,160 - $103,000 per year.
