ROLE SUMMARY
Serve as the executional project lead, guide the day-to-day development of projects. Serves as the Studio contact on assigned projects, ensuring approvals are secured, objectives are achieved, and timeline & budgets are met.

ROLE PROFILE

Communicates externally with partners and internally with the studio team to keep all apprised of project status, updates and changes.Break down the script to get estimates based on market-knowledge.Overseeing & tracking budgets and deadlines throughout filmmaking process: development, pre-production, production, and post-production.Oversees commissioned line-producers and manages reporting to stakeholders.Relays all on-ground production updates to Majid Al Futtaim Production team.Build relationships with equipment rental houses, postproduction facilities etc.Manages all schedules related to reviewing of content by team, attendance of team on production sites.Connect and work with different teams in the company: distribution, distribution marketing, VOX Cinema, legal, finance, CX, data & insight.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as filmmaking, film finance, creative content production, media or entertainment.Minimum 10 years’ experience working as a line-producer or/& project-production manager.Fluent in Arabic and English. Can read Arabic feature film scripts.Knowledge of Middle East & North Africa (MENA) business and creative industries and the wider international industry.
