ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and production‑savvy individual to join our team and help bring our ecommerce and creative content to life on a maternity leave contract. In this role, you’ll support the Art Director in running ecommerce studio shoots, from talent and crew management through to seamless on‑set execution, while partnering with the Creative Specialist to plan and schedule all shoots, create call sheets, and manage timelines. You’ll coordinate with talent and agencies to ensure every production element is in place, provide hands‑on support during shoots, and troubleshoot challenges with confidence and speed. Your day‑to‑day will include supporting studio operations, overseeing ecommerce imagery retouching and uploads, managing props and equipment, tracking expenses against budget, and maintaining a clean, functional studio environment. As an ambassador for our brand and the COG way, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our content is delivered to the highest standard, and you’ll have the opportunity to travel for interstate and international shoots.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience in delivering and producing photographic projects and contentEducation / qualification in Advertising or Photography is highly regardedProven experience in project management from pre to post productionExperience liaising with key stakeholders to deliver on project briefs and expectationsAbility to manage deadlines and time estimatesAble to lead and develop a team through coaching and engagementWillingness to travel between Geelong and Chadstone Support CentresWillingness to travel interstate and/or overseas for campaign shoots
