ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision is seeking for a Producer who works with producers and team leads to ensure the development of the music live shows adheres to the programming strategy and creative vision of the Primetime Realities & Specials.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a strong operations background.  Proven track record of successfully running entertainment live shows for network or cable television within the Hispanic Market.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

Liaise with production management to turn vision into reality, resolve problems and meet production deadlines and standards

Liaise across organization to meet multi-platform goals and objectives

Responsible for the operation of the development process, and production of live shows

Works with executive producer on managing and developing team associated to each production

Ensures team has appropriate resources to achieve defined objectives

YOU HAVE:

Bi-lingual, English/Spanish

Ability to promote a collaborative environment

Must have a keen eye for details

Able to work in a very fast paced environment & multi-task

Skilled problem solver with the ability to turn visions into reality

Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills

Strong understanding of market, trends and demographics

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
