ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision is seeking for a producer who works with producers and team leads to ensure the development of the music live shows adheres to the programming strategy and creative vision of the Primetime Realities & Specials.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a strong operations background.  Proven track record of successfully running entertainment live shows for network or cable television within the Hispanic Market.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

Liaise with production management to turn vision into reality, resolve problems and meet production deadlines and standardsLiaise across organization to meet multi-platform goals and objectivesResponsible for the operation of the development process, and production of live showsWorks with executive producer on managing and developing team associated to each productionEnsures team has appropriate resources to achieve defined objectives

YOU HAVE:

Bi-lingual, English/SpanishAbility to promote a collaborative environmentMust have a keen eye for detailsAble to work in a very fast paced environment & multi-taskSkilled problem solver with the ability to turn visions into realityStrong leadership, communication and presentation skillsStrong understanding of market, trends and demographicsMust have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
