Our client, _a leading player in the restaurant industry_ , is seeking a **Procurement Specialist** to join their team in **Plano, TX** . As a Procurement Specialist, you will be part of the procurement department supporting various strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist
**Location: Hybrid – Plano, TX 75024 (Remote flexibility considered)**
**Pay Range:** $30–$33/hour + Benefits (based on experience)
**Job Function:**
+ Lead and manage end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for various categories.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing strategies and requirements.
+ Analyze supplier proposals and support vendor selection and negotiation.
+ Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
+ Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
+ Strong understanding of RFP processes and vendor management.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with procurement tools is a plus.
