***Procurement Specialist –Interviews Happening This Week***
Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey
Job Type: Full-Time | 7-Month Contract
Position Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to support our R&D site operations during a medical leave coverage. This individual will take full ownership of ingredient procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination while supporting pilot plant functions and maintaining ERP records.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor and manage ingredient inventory (60%)Execute raw procurement orders and maintain vendor relationships (30%)Utilize ERP systems (SAP, NESTMS, LIMBS) to track inventory and ensure trial readiness (10%)Assist in coordinating pilot plant operations and schedulesWhat We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chainStrong professionalism, initiative, and ability to adapt under pressureFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Proficiency in Outlook and Excel; tech-savvy and quick to learnExcellent communication and relationship management skillsNice to Have:
Experience in R&D or food ingredient sourcingKnowledge of NESTMS or LIMBS systemsQualifications:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
