Title: Procurement Specialist

Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid)

Pay: $26 - $27 an hour

A leading company is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join their team! This person will be responsible for communicating with vendors, monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels, execute material orders, and much more!

Job Description:

Manage ingredient procurement for trials and pilot plant operations.Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levelsCommunicate with vendors and execute raw material ordersTrack expiration dates and trial readiness using ERP systemsUtilize ERP tools such as SAP, NESTMS, and LIMBS.Support pilot plant scheduling and coordination.Foster and maintain strong vendor relationships.Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree requiredExperience utilizing SAP or similar softwareAdvanced Excel skills, particularly with pivot tables.Experience in logistics or procurement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
