This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients. **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise and coordinate analyst activities, ensuring alignment with PSA priorities and pursuit timelines. + Review and validate deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment with client needs and CBRE standards. + Serve as a bridge between PSAs, category leads, and regional teams to ensure seamless data flow and solution integration. + Oversee reporting, bid review, and supplier evaluation processes to support solution development. + Mentor and coach analysts, fostering skill development and continuous improvement. + Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. + Manage stakeholder communications and ensure deliverables meet internal and client expectations. **Requirements:** + Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. + Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, data analytics or a related field; demonstrated experience in managing teams + Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); proficiency with procurement systems preferred + Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. + Communication Skills: Strong leadership, organizational skills; Advanced English proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
