This role will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and visualizing procurement and third party data, supporting bid reviews, and generating actionable insights to drive cost savings and process efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyze client spend data, vendor bids, and market intelligence to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement for PSA pursuits. + Prepare and structure data sets for solution development, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Build dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI) to support client storytelling and internal decision-making. + Assist in supplier evaluation and bid comparison, highlighting value opportunities for PSA consideration. + Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects. + Collaborate closely with PSAs and other procurement team members to align data analysis with business goals. + Conduct market research to inform solution design and best practices. **Requirements:** + Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. + Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, data analytics or a related field. + Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; proficiency with procurement systems preferred + Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. + Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
