Job summary:
The Procurement Operations Analyst (PR, PO & Invoice Resolutions) will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient execution of core procurement processes. Your primary responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders (POs) to enable timely and compliant transactions, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting issue resolution with suppliers and internal teams.
What you will be doing:
Create, validate, and manage POs to ensure timely and accurate procurement transactionsInvestigate and resolve PO and invoice discrepancies, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth payment processesMaintain accurate PRs and validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiencyIdentify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service Enable and support completion of process compliance and licence to operate audits to ensure processes remain fit for purpose and standardised across teams Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service qualityWork on ticket-based system to respond to purchasing requestsEnsure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activitiesDeliver responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experiencePosition requirements:
+3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categoriesHands-on experience with PO creation, invoice resolution, and procurement documentationExperience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industryUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, CoupaDemonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing othersProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectivesPassion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six SigmaWhat do we offer:
