You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of vendor onboarding and vendor master data management. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the procurement process, facilitating the acquisition of goods and services from vendors and suppliers for our client. **What You'll Do:** + Manage and track all contract-related documentation, including agreements, amendments, addendums, exhibits, and schedules, ensuring proper execution and filing. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agreement status throughout the contract lifecycle. + Proofread, organize, and format procurement-related documents, including agreements, memos, and reports.
