Procurement Manager Job ID 230594 Posted 08-Aug-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management, Purchasing/Procurement Location(s) Singapore - Singapore **About the Role:** As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service provider for outsourced services. You will also assist multiple clients or departments with the development and execution of complex sourcing and procurement strategies. This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers. **What You’ll Do:** + Lead monetization and saving program to support business’s margin improvement. + Lead and support for major bids to enhance the Procurement value proposition. + Lead and create supplier event to partner with client to promote Partnership Excellence program. + Work with business stakeholders, operational, global shared services team members and executive sponsors to develop, coordinate, and execute strategy at local, regional, and global levels. + Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain high spend contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of large quantities of goods and services. + Oversee the process of high spend contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management staff of changes or results. + Support and lead implementation of internal procurement tools/systems to ensure alignment with global standard + Lead Partner Excellence Program – Preferred supplier: selection, contracting and escalation. + Mentor and educate on contemporary outsourcing practices and the value of applying them. Manage issues and expectations across a broad range of skill sets, locations, and cultures. + Act as a key point of contact for utilization management and coordination with outside procurement solutions. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. + Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. + Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
