**Procurement Manager – Customer Success**
This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of customer success services within global D&T and Indirect Procurement. The manager will be an individual contributor and support in leading the team to ensure quality delivery and implement process improvements across an international environment. Additionally, the manager will champion optimization and digitalization efforts, adhere to CBRE’s Ethics and Compliance policies, uphold company values, and promote a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity.
Customer Success Service: Support procurement transformation efforts and ensuring a enhanced customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders by effective managing and resolving customer complaints, inquiries, and service issues in a timely and effective manner.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Handles inquiries, complaints and escalations related to procurement from internal and external stakeholders within the agreed service level agreement (SLAs). Manage daily tasks and ensure that tickets are processed accurately and effectively.
+ Supports the generation and review of KPI reports by providing accurate data analysis and contribute to performance tracking and improvement.
+ Execute assigned tasks using knowledge of best practices and established procedures within global procurement operations.
+ Assist customers and stakeholders by leveraging expertise in systems such as Coupa, Zycus, Peoplesoft and other ERP platforms.
+ Manage escalated client complaints or queries to resolve them within the turnaround time.
+ Champion continuous improvement projects and perform special or ad hoc assignments that may be assigned.
+ Assist in the review, development, and implementation of process improvements or amendments within key areas.
+ Provide high-quality reporting and perform advanced analytics to enable data-driven decision-making on source-to-pay activities.
+ Facilitate discussions and build consensus across internal and external stakeholders regarding technical areas.
+ Exhibit excellent communication skills with effective verbal and written communication in English and the local language.
+ Explain complex, difficult, or sensitive information to others and interact across business areas.
+ Show customer orientation and understanding of satisfying customer requirements.
+ Display strong determination and self-motivation, impacting the effectiveness of the work team through quality and timeliness of services or information provided.
+ Process Indirect Purchase Orders for third-party suppliers in Coupa accurately and timely, ensuring documents adhere to policies and procedures while maintaining data tracking logs for metrics, production, and compliance reporting.
+ Validate supporting documentation used in exceptions, allocate income or expenses, and compare data from various sources with recorded transactions.
+ Notify management of quality issues or concerns by identifying data trends and system/process issues, communicating with stakeholders, sharing process improvement suggestions, and performing quality controls.
+ Complete assigned work and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, internal teams, and internal/external stakeholders involved in the processes.
+ Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.
+ Maintain involvement and communication through telephone, email, chat, or other means with both internal and external stakeholders involved in the process.
+ Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement of processes related to the department, establishing new strategies and applying best practices.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree holder
+ Must have at least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing or Procure-to-pay experience.
+ Experience with eSourcing, P2P ERP tools (e.g. Peoplesoft, Coupa, Zycus) is an advantage.
