Procurement Manager – Packaging (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract) | PepsiCo ANZ As our Procurement Manager – Packaging, you’ll lead strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships across flexible packaging (base film & converters), corrugate, and folding cartons for the PepsiCo ANZ business Responsibilities Key Responsibilites: Own end‑to‑end sourcing, spend analysis, and supplier development for all packaging categories in ANZ Identify and deliver productivity, cost‑efficiency and value engineering opportunities Monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance, and manage control & reporting for packaging spend Partner with Supply Chain and cross‑functional teams to support NPD and unlock innovation Qualifications About you: Minimum 5 years in a senior procurement category management role Excellent influencing skills to drive complex negotiations Strong project management and analytical capabilities Proven ability as an effective people leader Expertise in contract writing, risk analysis, liabilities, indemnities, SLAs, and commercial terms Demonstrated technical procurement knowledge of packaging conversion About us: Join us and work with iconic brands like Doritos, Gatorade, Pepsi Max, Smith’s Chips, Red Rock Deli, Twisties, Quaker Oats, and Bluebird NZ.
