Our client is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist (Hybrid, Calgary) focused on construction procurement activities, leading a team in sourcing, contracting, and managing construction suppliers, ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and effective contract execution.

Must Have skills:
Construction procurement experience Contract negotiation and administration Leadership and team management Supplier performance monitoring RFP and RFQ development SME knowledge of procurement policies and legal compliance Experience with supplier site and plant visits

Nice to have skills:
SCMA designation or enrollment Oracle experience Training delivery on procurement processes Cost savings strategy implementation Change management and continuous improvement
