Procurement Coordinator
Order Processing Specialist Job Description Join a dynamic family-owned business as an Order Processing Specialist, where you will play a key role in managing and processing large customer orders. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with vendors and customers to ensure product accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise. Responsibilities + Upload large batch orders to external portals. + Audit orders and verify accuracy in spreadsheets and QuickBooks. + Manage purchase orders and conduct pricing checks. + Handle bi-weekly large customer orders and collaborate with Customer Service. + Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve product issues. + Process SKUs and identify backup styles when items are out of stock. Essential Skills + Strong attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis. + Excellent communication skills for email correspondence and team collaboration. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with inventory or purchase orders (highly preferred). + Familiarity with QuickBooks (helpful but not required). Work Environment This full-time position operates Monday through Friday in an office setting. After the training period, enjoy a flexible work schedule with any 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM. As part of a small team, you will be treated like family, with birthday celebrations and even a cute dog on the property. The dress code is casual, reflecting the relaxed atmosphere of this family-owned business. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Reno, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
