Procurement Coordinator
Procurement Coordinator – Entry Level

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support our equipment purchasing and logistics operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of procurement coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with vendors, operations, and accounts payable teams.

Key Responsibilities:

ETA Updates:Proactively reach out to vendors to obtain status updates on purchase orders expected to arrive within the next 90 days.Purchase Order Management:Issue purchase orders for new equipment purchases.Note: This role does not include new item setup.Fleet Equipment Receiving:Receive equipment at branch locations and assign equipment numbers upon arrival.Logistics Support:Provide backup support for booking internal and UES shipments.Compliance Assistance:Support the management of non-rental fleet compliance documentation and processes.Workflow Coordination:Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues and ensure timely payment processing.Remarketing Coordination:Create sales and release documentation.Coordinate unit consolidation and defleeting with regional operations teams.Ad Hoc Reporting & Support:Assist with various reporting tasks and operational support as needed.Required Skills:ProcurementPurchase Order ManagementVendor Communication & ManagementData AnalysisLogistics CoordinationInvoicing ResolutionDocumentation & ComplianceERP System Familiarity (preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
