Job Description
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities
+ Manage and coordinate procurement activities and purchase orders.
+ Analyze data and supply chain processes to optimize efficiency.
+ Collaborate with various business partners both in-person and remotely.
+ Ensure meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry and system reliability.
+ Adapt to frequently changing work priorities while meeting deadlines.
+ Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate smooth operations.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of proven experience in an analyst role, Project Manager, Supply Chain or similar role.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
+ Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
+ Meticulous attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge in tools such as GPIRS and Jira.
+ Outgoing, proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Proven ability to anticipate and address potential risks.
+ Experience in vendor management, customer service, and project management.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.60 - $27.00/hr.
