Contribute to Achieve Acceptable Service Level on Assigned Tasks

Address “How-To” questions on forms and proceduresCreate and upgrade SOPs periodically when neededTeam leading / mentoringUnderstand how to attack a data science problem and come with relevant approach(es)Ability to conduct rigorous analysis of data and chart out clear take away(s) from the sameHands on at least 3-4 techniques/Machine Learning Concepts and algorithms such as Linear Regressions, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, SVM, Recommendation systems etc.Be an active team member and execute complex analytical projects by leading and participating in tasks that use advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniquesWork closely with data engineers and product teams to solve real problemsAssist in building strong operational processes that help sales teams stay productive and successfulCreate dashboards, status reports and service reports as well as refine and update existing reportsLocate and distribute reference materialFollow the direction and guidance provided by the senior team membersTake ownership of shared mailboxes and phone inquiresAttend the trainings and complete them on timeParticipate in team meetingsReport any issues and offer process improvements as observedTeam member must exhibit regular attendance, punctuality, willing to work for extended hours to meet the deadlinesResponsibilities may be added or removed as the team is developed.Willingness to work NA and EMEA working hoursWillingness to have flexible hours to allow for interactions with other regions.Willing to travel on occasion for training or other meetings
