We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Procurement Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts Administration Department within a high‑profile professional services firm. In this role, you will support the administration of legal documentation, manage insurance, maintain records, and assist with subconsultant contracting activities. Your ability to manage multiple platforms, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate documentation will be essential to the success of our client and subconsultant engagements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Report to Director, Contract Administration.
Support domestic and international subconsultant activities by coordinating contract documentation, tracking deliverables, and maintaining communication with subconsultants.
Manage the subconsultant purchase order system, including creating, modifying, and updating purchase orders to align with executed contracts, amendments, schedule extensions, and change orders.
Ensure all purchase order updates and extensions are recorded accurately and communicated to the appropriate internal teams and client points of contact.
Maintain organized, accurate archives of contract records in Ironclad, ensuring all documents are properly stored and accessible.
Work with in- house counsel and other Department members in support of legal and contract management.Analyze and negotiate contract requirements and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies, and company objectives.Maintain compliance documentation—including certificates of insurance—across client procurement and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, VendorCafe, Avetta, Allegis, IQN, and government portals.Lead the annual insurance renewal coordination for client-facing insurance documentation.
Responsible for reviewing Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in accordance with the company’s policies and established contract review guidelines. Ensures all fully executed NDAs are properly archived and escalate any unclear or potentially substantive terms to the Contracts Counsel for legal review.Assist with contract-related integration activities during mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and standardized processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, for drafting, editing, analyzing, and managing contract documentation.
Proficiency in procurement‑related skills, including mathematical accuracy, and interpreting contract and purchasing requirements.Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and spreadsheet modeling to support procurement and contract workflows.Strong business writing, contract interpretation, and documentation abilities, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex contract language into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders.Strong organizational, analytical, and collaboration abilities, supporting efficient contract review, compliance tracking, and document governance.Other duties as assigned.Attendance at work during normal business hours.Preferred Education and Experience:
Education: Possess a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent field experience. A combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration and management in a corporate environment. Having prior experience with general accounting, business finance, law, and contracts is also desired.
Experience with client revenue and subconsultant lower tier spend
Experience with Source-to-pay portals and ensuring compliance with client procurement requirements.
Strong understanding of insurance certificate processes, including coverage verification, compliance reviews, and documentation management.

The salary range for this full-time role is $71,900.00-$95,900.01 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
