Procurement Analyst

  Location: Remote - must be based in Brazil

We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Analyst to help strengthen our indirect procurement strategy and collaborate with teams across the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence purchasing decisions, improve processes, and partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure we are achieving the best value for the business. You’ll report directly to our Director of Procurement and work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your expertise will make a meaningful impact. What You’ll Do?

 

Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect spend categories Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers Lead contract and pricing negotiations Track, analyze, and report key procurement metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and accurate requirements Monitor market and price trends to inform purchasing decisions Conduct cost analysis, scenario modeling, and benchmarking Assess and mitigate supplier and procurement risks Build strong partnerships with reliable vendors and suppliers Manage delivery schedules and ensure alignment with business needs

What You Bring? Must-Have Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, finance, accounting, or a related function Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience negotiating contracts and supplier terms Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent communication skills in English Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Professional certifications such as CPSM, PMP, or equivalent Experience in category management or indirect procurement Strong data analysis capability and financial acumen
