Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an experienced **Procurement** **Analyst** **(Level 4)** to join the **777 Supply Chain Program Integration Team** located in **Everett, WA** .
Successful candidates will assist in driving business planning and decision making, operations, and business insights. The ideal candidate has experience supporting cross-functional teams and multiple levels of leadership, possesses a high degree of professionalism, and discretion. Additionally, an ideal candidate will be proactive, demonstrate a robust attention to detail and an ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively. This role requires effective communication, influence, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. This role serves as a key liaison, integrating supply chain priorities and operational strategies to support program leadership.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Operating Rhythm: Manage the operating rhythm to support business needs and priorities to enable standard best practices and process, which includes meeting cadence, look-ahead's, reporting cycles, eventengagementand communication channels. Creates/maintainsDirector-level metrics and presentations, runs Director-level meetings
+ Data Analysis and Insights: Assist in providingtimelydata analysis and business insights to support the organization's decision-making processes. Understand basic requirements for reports and dashboards and collaborate with appropriatefocals/ teams
+ Business Performance: Track performance to plan, and provide regular updates on the status, trends, risks, and opportunities to the organization's leaders. Create or collaborate to develop tools to support
+ Integration and collaboration:Facilitatedata sharing, collaboration, and communication between different teams and departments to promote alignment andsynergyworking at theappropriate levelin the organization to implement strategies and plans.Flexible and nimble on short notice – based on current business environment
+ Decision support: Support the organization's decision-making processes by providing the necessary data, analysis, critical thinking, and tools. Help leaders and team members access relevant information and evaluate options to make informed decisions
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 5+ Years of experience inSupply Chain or Business Operationsrelated discipline
+ 5+ years of experience conducting data analysis inutilizingMicrosoftExcel and Tableauand other industry standard tools todeliver insights and highlight risks totheleadershipteam
+ 5+ experience developing andmaintainingrelationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders,peersand partners
+ Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ BachelorsDegree or higher
+ Experiencesupporting executive leaders

Summary Pay Range **:** **$125,100** **- 145,950**
