Join our dynamic global supply chain team as a Procurement Agent, where you'll play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships across international markets. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.Lead supplier selection processes for RFQs and purchase orders.Analyze supplier bids and present actionable insights to stakeholders.Draft, review, and manage purchase contracts and change orders.Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contractual obligations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international suppliers to meet project goals.Participate in occasional travel to support global procurement initiatives.Required SkillsProcurement & sourcingPurchase order managementRFQ and supplier selectionContract negotiation and managementSupplier performance evaluationQualifications2+ years of experience in a corporate or procurement-related role.Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, and Excel.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $31.25/hr.
