Procurement Administrator
Position Description

The role is responsible for supporting procurement operations through effective purchasing, inventory management, vendor coordination, and administrative support. Key responsibilities include:

Purchasing & Contract ManagementMaintain assigned purchasing positions with weekly updates to:Replacement valuesPurchase and sales contract data by productAverage sales volumesListed selling pricesManage individual purchase contracts as delegated.Generate purchase orders and make limited buying decisions for minor and secondary materials under the direction of the Senior Procurement Manager.Facilitate purchase orders on behalf of the Belgrade site.Inventory & LogisticsMonitor inventory levels and manage reorder points for assigned purchasing positions.Schedule inbound material shipments to multiple warehouse locations.Collaborate with Operations to support regular production planning.Vendor & Market CoordinationAssist the Procurement Manager with in-field inspections, including pre-harvest assessments to verify crop quality and estimate yields.Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and quality testing.Manage vendor claims and credit resolutions.Collect, maintain, and review raw material specifications for assigned commodities.Gather and communicate market intelligence from vendors to relevant departments.Administrative SupportPerform general office duties including:Ordering office and warehouse supplies (e.g., pallets, machine parts)Coordinating packing lists and data entryAnswering and directing calls from the main phone lineCoordinating site trash pickupMaintaining visitor logs and GMP documentationOther duties as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsCore SkillsAdministrative supportProcurement and supplier managementScheduling and coordinationStrong written and verbal communicationContract management and purchase order processingCost tracking software proficiencyMicrosoft Dynamics experienceAdditional Qualifications2–3 years of experience in purchasing, ingredient businesses, or commodity merchandisingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsAnalytical skills to define problems, summarize data, and identify solutionsProven ability to build and maintain strategic supply chain relationshipsStrategic mindset with adaptability to dynamic market conditionsInnovative and forward-thinking approachWillingness and ability to participate in global sourcing activities multiple times per year

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
