This role involves managing purchasing positions, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting operations in production planning. The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for generating purchase orders, making buying decisions, and assisting in vendor management and quality assessments.
Responsibilities
+ Update weekly replacement values, purchase and sales contract data, average sales volumes, and listed selling prices.
+ Manage inventory levels and reorder points for assigned purchasing positions.
+ Schedule inbound material shipments to multiple warehouses.
+ Support operations in regular production planning efforts.
+ Manage individual purchase contracts as delegated.
+ Generate purchase orders and make limited buying decisions for select minor and secondary materials as delegated by the Senior Manager of Procurement.
+ Support the Procurement Manager in conducting regular in-field inspections, including pre-harvest assessments for crop quality and yield estimation.
+ Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and quality tests.
+ Manage vendor claims and credit resolutions.
+ Assist in the collection, maintenance, and review of raw material specifications for assigned commodities.
+ Gather and relay market information from vendors to multiple other departments.
+ Facilitate purchase orders on behalf of Belgrade.
+ Perform general administrative office duties, including ordering office and warehouse supplies, coordinating packing lists, data entry, answering calls, coordinating site trash pickup, maintaining visitor logs, and GMP folders.

+ Problem-solving skills, including defining problems, collecting and summarizing data, and discerning solutions
+ Ability to build strong commercial relationships with strategic supply chain partners and customers
+ Strategic thinking to identify broad market opportunities and adjust plans in dynamic situations
+ Innovative and future-oriented thinking and action
+ Willingness for global sourcing multiple times each year
Work Environment
The work environment is a small site with approximately 7–8 people sharing office space. Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible start and end times possible. Occasional overtime or Saturday work is optional.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
