\n\t\t\t\t\tThe Director of Pay Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable process for the entire Novant Health organization, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective internal controls. This role leads a team of Accounts Payable \nprofessionals, supports process improvement initiatives, and collaborates with various departments to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.
