The Exam Proctor ensures the integrity and smooth administration of examinations. This is an as needed position, primarily during midterm and final exam periods. Proctors are assigned to specific exam rooms or testing sites and are responsible for overseeing the testing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities Report promptly to the assigned exam room or siteDistribute exam papers and materials as directedMonitor students throughout the exam to ensure compliance with testing rulesEnsure that no unauthorized materials are used during the examAddress and document any incidents of academic dishonesty, including confiscating exams when necessaryCollect all completed exam papers and return them according to provided instructionsRemain in the exam room until all materials have been collected and accounted for Qualifications Education/ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED Eqvlnt Required.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to read and follow written instructions accurately.Strong observational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain focus and awareness across the entire classroom environment.
