Processor (Food Manufacturing) — Day, Night & 2nd Shift

Schedules AvailableDay Shift (2-2-3 rotation): 4:00 AM – 4:00 PMNight Shift (2-2-3 rotation): 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM2nd Shift (Mon–Fri): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

2-2-3 rotation = work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days; then the pattern repeats the following week.

About the Role

Join a fast-paced food manufacturing team as a Processor. You’ll load raw materials, operate processing equipment, mix finished product to established formulas, and perform in-process quality checks to ensure every batch meets strict standards.

What You’ll DoLoad & Stage Ingredients: Physically load raw materials (e.g., spices, sugars, seasonings) into processing equipment.Operate Equipment: Run machines to process products for the correct duration and according to established formulas.Batch Control: Use a local control panel to add ingredients and manage batch transfers.Quality Checks: Conduct in-process checks on product as it’s processed and packaged; mix finished product to spec.Documentation: Maintain accurate paper and electronic logs of materials fed into the machine and production activity.Daily Setup: Set up equipment for the production schedule and monitor production needs throughout the shift.Physical Work: Safely lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties.What You’ll BringExperience in food manufacturing/processing and operating processing machines (preferred).Working knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards.Experience with quality control practices.Ability to read and interpret safety rules and standard operating procedures in English.Basic math skills to verify ingredient quantities.Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.Work EnvironmentActive production floor in a food processing facility.Areas may be wet due to sanitation procedures.Constant processing noise; hearing protection is required.Day and Night shifts follow a 2-2-3 rotation; 2nd shift is Monday–Friday.Benefits & GrowthMedical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1.401(k) with company match and profit sharing.Additional voluntary benefits available.Career progression: internal postings for preferred shifts and advancement into leadership roles.Employee recognition: regular events and an Employee of the Month program.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.81 - $22.81/hr.
