We are seeking a skilled Processing Supervisor to oversee operations in a new plant, managing six injection mold machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire process of part production from startup to inspection, including performing startups, troubleshooting, process adjustments, and assisting with mold changes.
ResponsibilitiesManage the operation of six injection mold machines.Handle the complete process of parts from startup to inspection.Conduct all startups, process troubleshooting, and process adjustments.Perform first part inspections and assist with mold changes.Read and utilize process sheets effectively.Change dies and perform startups on machines.Troubleshoot processes as necessary.
Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years experience in injection mold processing.Expertise in mold changes and process startups.Proficiency in reading and using process sheets.Strong troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in plastics processing and injection molding.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing environment where carpeted products for the automotive industry are produced. The facility includes 10-12 stamping cells with approximately six presses per cell, requiring frequent hydraulic and mechanical repairs. The work schedule includes two shifts, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, including weekends. Dress code includes jeans or work pants, a provided work shirt, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
