The Processing Operator is responsible for inspecting fresh or processed products on conveyor systems or roller tracks. They will place products on processing and packaging conveyor systems, lift and move trays on and off carts, and load products onto trays. Additionally, they assist in moving racks and carts of products, pack packaged products into cardboard boxes, and label and seal product cases or cartons. The role also involves cleaning and setting up processing and packaging operations.

Essential SkillsExperience with production and general processing machinery.Ability to set up and tear down processing machinery.Experience in cleaning and sanitizing product processing rooms.Ensure process and product quality is maintained.Ability to communicate effectively with team members, other shifts, supervisors, and maintenance.
Work Environment
The work environment involves frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and can be loud at times. Employees will be exposed to various food allergens and are regularly required to stand, walk, climb, push, pull, reach, carry, lift, and twist. The role requires lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
