As a Process Technician, you will be instrumental in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting injection molding machines and supporting equipment. You will ensure timely, accurate, and safe operations while contributing to the production of medicine bottles and child-resistant caps.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and change tooling on injection molding machines.Conduct general maintenance, including cleaning and performing preventative maintenance on machines.Troubleshoot and resolve primarily hydraulic issues.Assist with color changes and machine operation as needed.Ensure machines operate smoothly and efficiently.Essential SkillsExperience with injection molding and mechanical aptitude.Proficiency in preventative maintenance and mold set up.Ability to perform tooling changes and troubleshoot issues.Familiarity with GMP practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsCompletes daily mold cleaning checklists.Examines tools, machines, and processes to maximize utilization.Collaborates with Quality, Processing, Automation, and Tooling teams.Why Work Here?Enjoy comprehensive benefits starting on your first day, including medical, dental, and vision plans. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52416.00 - $60320.00/yr.
- Benefits i.e. medical, dental, vision\n- 401k company match is 6%\n- Employees will receive 3.33 vacation hours on the 15th of every month (accrual will increase over time).\n- Four days are set back for our shutdowns, Thanksgiving & the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.\n- Goal Sharing Plan – employees are eligible for up to 5% of annual earnings tied to safety, EBITA, and Days on Hand Performance.
