We are seeking a skilled multicraft maintenance technician to join our team in an automotive plant. The role involves working on industrial equipment, with a focus on preventative and predictive maintenance. You will work with injection moulding presses, machine and production conveyors, hydraulic trim presses, mechanical and electrical components, as well as robots and welding room equipment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment.Troubleshoot and repair injection moulding presses and production conveyors.Maintain and repair hydraulic trim presses and mechanical components.Work with electrical components and troubleshoot using a multimeter.Handle maintenance of robots and welding room equipment.
Essential SkillsProficiency in troubleshooting and industrial maintenance.Experience with hydraulics and electrical maintenance.Capability to repair pneumatic systems.Skilled in electrical troubleshooting with a multimeter.Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Additional Skills & Qualifications2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a plastics manufacturing environment.Experience with repairing motors and pumps.Knowledge of PLCs is beneficial.

Work Environment
The plant consists of about 200 people and operates on three shifts. The facility specializes in injection molding, which can result in higher temperatures during summer. Available shifts include 1st from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, 2nd from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, and 3rd from 11 PM to 7:30 AM. The current hiring is for the 3rd shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
