As a Process Technician, you will oversee the injection molding area, which includes managing 4-6 machines. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, adjust line parameters such as speed, feed, and temperature, and be responsible for starting up and shutting down the lines. Additionally, you will provide leadership to machine operators, assign tasks, and ensure production quotas are met.
