**Job Title: Process Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and configuring machine parameters, performing start-of-shift setups, and conducting quality checks. You will also be tasked with electrical component replacements, minor mechanical repairs, and managing raw materials to prevent contamination. Your role will be essential in troubleshooting equipment, identifying faults, and collaborating on mold changes. Additionally, you will configure injection molding robots and maintain End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) while ensuring cycle time compliance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor and configure production machine parameters.
+ Perform start-of-shift setups and conduct quality checks.
+ Conduct electrical component replacements and minor mechanical repairs.
+ Manage raw materials and prevent contamination.
+ Troubleshoot equipment and identify faults or inefficiencies.
+ Collaborate on mold changes and configure injection molding robots.
+ Maintain End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) and ensure cycle time compliance.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or recycling center.
+ Capable of performing electrical repairs and general maintenance.
+ Strong math and mechanical skills for troubleshooting and process adjustments.
+ Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume work environments.
+ Proactive and precise in monitoring and maintaining production standards.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with electrical repairs and component replacement.
+ Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and general maintenance.
+ Knowledge of injection molding, including mold changes and cycle time monitoring.
+ Experience in operating and configuring production machinery.
+ Familiarity with End of Arm Tooling (EOAT).
+ Ability to use testing and measuring equipment.
+ Experience in quality control and dimensional checks.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conyers, Georgia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
