Job Title: Process Technician

Job Description

As a Process Technician, you will establish and optimize molding setup and operations to ensure consistent and qualified injection molding production. You will assist in overseeing production activities during your shift in the manufacturing area, ensuring that all machines are running efficiently, all processes are controlled, and production meets the desired quality and quantity standards.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and maintain molding equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Conduct and support validations for new tools, processes, and materials.Optimize molding processes using scientific molding principles and data-driven analysis.Perform start-ups, restarts, and color changes with precision and efficiency.Revalidate tools as needed to maintain compliance and performance standards.Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve process issues and implement improvements.Document process changes and maintain accurate records of validations and optimizations.Analyze and resolve work problems, developing team members to solve their own work problems.Ensure machines and robots are running at optimum efficiency.Respond to all machine, robot, and secondary equipment alarms.Troubleshoot machine, mold, and material problems.Why Work Here?

This is a position based out of Noblesville, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
