**Job Title: Process Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician with strong mechanical abilities to join our team. The role involves aligning, rebuilding, and diagnosing mechanical problems with pumps, as well as performing routine maintenance and testing to ensure proper pump function.
**Responsibilities**
+ Align and rebuild coupling pumps.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems with pumps.
+ Identify faulty problems within mechanical systems.
+ Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
+ Conduct tests to verify the proper functions of pumps.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical ability
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading
+ Experience in mechanical and pump assembly
+ Troubleshooting skills
+ Experience with power and hand tools
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 3-5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Ability to multi-task
**Work Environment**
The position is available for 1st shift (7AM-3:30PM) and 3rd shift (11PM-7:30AM). The work environment involves using various technologies and equipment such as compressors, power tools, and hand tools.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Memphis, Arkansas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
