**Job Title: Process Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking two skilled Process Technicians for B Shift to join our team. This role requires expertise in setting up and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up injection molding machines and related equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
+ Monitor the molding process to ensure it meets quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
+ Identify and resolve issues with the molding process, such as inconsistent material, faulty equipment, or human error.
+ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and minimize scrap.
+ Maintain detailed records of processes, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
+ Provide technical support and training to other team members and operators.
**Essential Skills**
+ Plastic injection molding
+ Mold setting and setup
+ Plastics extrusion
+ Process technician skills
+ 3 years of hands-on processing and troubleshooting of plastic injection molding equipment
+ Familiarity with mold design best practices and large part injection molding

**Work Environment**
Work in a plastic injection automotive plant, which is relatively clean for an automotive facility. The environment is non-temp controlled and loud.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Saline, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.
