**Job Title: Process Technician - 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician for our 2nd shift, working from 3 PM to 11 PM. This role includes some Saturdays and potentially Sundays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic injection processes and a keen eye for detail.
**Responsibilities**
+ Check the schedule on the board and determine which presses need to be started.
+ Conduct process verification and write up parameters.
+ Test assigned parts and run test parts.
+ Answer calls and perform mold changeovers.
+ Assist with mold changes and support other Process Technicians on the shift.
+ Troubleshoot sensors and handle basic wiring tasks.
+ Operate secondary equipment, including sonic, spin, vibration, and hot plate welders, as well as leak testers and various poke yokes.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-4 years of experience in a plastic injection facility.
+ Proficiency in mold changes.
+ Experience as a Process Technician, having advanced from a mold setting position.
+ Complete understanding of process verification.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a very clean plastic injection facility located in GR. The company fosters a culture of teamwork and open communication, ensuring a supportive and collaborative work environment.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
