As a Process Specialist, you will monitor, operate, and program semiconductor manufacturing equipment inside a cleanroom wafer fab environment. You will support both production and engineering teams, assist with yield investigations, perform data collection, and help drive continuous improvement across multiple process areas. Pay: $22–$26/hr (based on experience and shift)

Shift: 7:00PM - 7:00AM

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate cleanroom wafer fab equipment in accordance with operating procedures.Program tools to run processes for engineering tests and experiments.Work closely with production teams to improve manufacturing and engineering processes.Respond to tool alarms and determine root cause to ensure successful processing.Disposition non‑conforming materials according to guidelines.Assist with engineering tests throughout all process steps.Support low‑yield investigations to identify root cause and corrective actions.Document routine practices and update procedures as process improvements are made.Compile processing data and generate standardized reports for technicians and engineers.Drive continuous improvement projects with engineering support.Maintain and improve a 6S (5S + Safety) cleanroom environment.Train operators on standard operations across multiple process steps.Assist Process and R&D Engineers with evaluations, troubleshooting, and equipment/process issues.

Must Have:

Minimum of 1 year of machine operating, semiconductor, or cleanroom manufacturing experience.Ability to follow detailed operating procedures and documentation practices.Strong attention to detail and comfort working with technical equipment.Ability to stand/walk for 12‑hour shifts in a cleanroom environment.Cleanroom experience preferred but not required.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
