Job Description

What You’ll Do

Coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance for lab instrumentsSchedule and track work performed by external service vendorsReview vendor documentation for maintenance and repair activitiesEnter data into quality systems and maintain accurate equipment recordsComplete logbook entries and basic laboratory documentationSupport inventory, equipment readiness, and general lab organizationHelp maintain compliance and inspection readiness in a regulated environment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma/GED required; AAS in science, business, or related field strongly preferred1–2 years of laboratory experience; pharma/biotech experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Able to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accuracy in documentationWorks well independently and as part of a team, with clear and respectful communicationStrong organization, time‑management, and multitasking skillsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAdaptable, reliable, and able to maintain integrity and professionalism in all tasks

Additional Information

Compensation:

$17.60 - $21.85

Schedule:

Position is full-time, 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
