Job Description

🧪 Lab Responsibilities

Conduct cell culture studies (shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor)Perform affinity chromatography & viral inactivationExecute cGLP cell banking for research useEnsure SOP compliance and report anomalies

📊 Data & Reporting

Analyze large datasets using statistical methodsDraft technical reports to support commercial filingsPresent findings in cross-functional meetings

🤝 Team Collaboration

Coordinate lab activities with scientific teamsProvide technical support to Manufacturing for troubleshooting & improvementsParticipate in training activities

Qualifications

🎓 Education & Experience

BS/BA in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related discipline

Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or affinity chromatography

Solid understanding of antibody manufacturing processes

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

🛂 Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship

Additional Information

Compensation:

$21.50/hr

Schedule:

Position is full-time, 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
