**Overview:**
The Process Re-engineering & Diagnostics Director (working for the VP, Enterprise Efficiency and Effectiveness Office) is accountable for rapidly identifying, designing, and driving high-impact efficiency and effectiveness improvements across the enterprise. This role operates as a SWAT-style transformation leader, deploying targeted diagnostics, deep process analysis, and hands-on re-engineering to unlock measurable cost, productivity, and simplification outcomes.
This role moves beyond recommendations—owning end-to-end transformation from diagnosis through redesigned future state and execution handoff, ensuring value is real, sustainable, and scalable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead rapid hypothesis-driven diagnostics across functions, processes, and value streams.
+ Analyze cost, capacity, cycle time, demand, rework, and complexity drivers.
+ Identify root causes of inefficiency—not just symptoms. Quantify opportunity size and prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and speed to impact.
+ Lead end-to-end process re-engineering, including:
+ Elimination of non-value-add activities
+ Simplification and standardization (AI/automation opportunities)
+ Identification of org design, GCC, vendor optimization opportunities
+ Design future-state processes aligned to enterprise standards and strategy. Ensure redesigned processes are practical, executable, and scalable.
+ Act as a hands-on execution leader, embedding with business teams as needed.
+ Drive rapid decision-making and issue resolution during re-engineering efforts.
+ Partner with PMO to transition initiatives into structured execution when appropriate.
+ Partner with Data & Analytics to leverage insights for diagnostics and performance tracking.
+ Identify opportunities for automation, AI, workflow, or technology enablement tied to redesigned processes.
+ Collaborate with HR and GCC leads on workforce, role clarity, and location strategy implications.
+ Navigate resistance by grounding recommendations in data and operational reality.
+ Codify repeatable diagnostic and re-engineering methodologies, tools, and playbooks.
+ Partner with Change Management to ensure adoption and sustainability.
**Qualifications** :
+ 10+ years of experience in process re-engineering, operational transformation, or enterprise consulting preferred.
+ Proven track record delivering measurable efficiency and effectiveness outcomes.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
+ Executive presence and comfort operating with senior leaders.
+ Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process excellence methodologies preferred.
+ Experience in Finance, Operations, or Corporate Functions transformations.
+ Exposure to automation, AI, or technology-enabled process redesign.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 152,600 - 254,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
