**Location:** Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX — _Hybrid (3 days onsite)_ **Contract:** W2 contract **Work Authorization:** **USC, GC, H4** **Overview** We are building a new team to support the PMO under **Payments Data Organization** , and are looking for a highly organized **Process QA / PMO Process Analyst** to help drive internal operational excellence. This role will support PMO governance, process control, change and release coordination, and tooling oversight across multiple internal workstreams. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a process‑driven mindset, and hands‑on experience with **change management** , **release management** , **Jira** , and **Remedy/ITSM** . **Key Responsibilities** + Support the build‑out of PMO processes, standards, and governance across the Payments Data organization. + Coordinate and manage **change management** activities, ensuring requests follow the required approvals, documentation, and quality checks. + Oversee **release management** processes, including readiness checks, validation, defect/risk review, and post‑release tracking. + Maintain and enhance **Jira workflows, dashboards, reports, and metrics** to support PMO visibility and intake processes. + Manage **Remedy (ITSM) tickets** for incidents, changes, and problem workflows; ensure SLA compliance and accurate tracking. + Document and optimize internal processes including SOPs, process flows, RACIs, and governance artifacts. + Support PMO operations with reporting, status updates, meeting coordination, and process adherence checks. + Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to standardize execution across the organization. + Partner with cross‑functional teams including product, data engineering, operations, and technology. + Ensure all change, release, and process actions align with enterprise policies, risk controls, and compliance requirements. **Required Qualifications** + **3+ years** experience in Change Management, Release Management, PMO Operations, or Process Governance. + Hands‑on experience with **Jira** (workflows, dashboards, metrics). + Experience using **Remedy, ITSM, or ServiceNow** for change/incident/problem management. + Strong **process design** skills (process maps, SOPs, workflows, RACI, documentation). + Understanding of IT change controls, release cycles, and quality gates. + Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. + Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment. **Nice to Have** + **Previous Financial Service Experience** + Experience supporting Payments, Data, or Technology PMOs + Familiarity with Agile or hybrid workflows **Why This Role?** + Opportunity to help **stand up a new PMO** within a high‑visibility Payments Data group. + Great exposure to enterprise change governance, release processes, data platforms, and PMO transformation. + Strong long‑term stability **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of:** **Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** _ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
