💷 £31,500 – £33,400 (32 Hrs prorated and including shift allowance, DOE)

🕒   32 Hours per week – Weekend12 Hour shifts + 1 weekday shift

💼 The Role

This is a hands-on role ensuring raw materials and machinery are running smoothly to keep our production process efficient and safe. You’ll play a key part in quality, safety, and output while working across different shifts. Shift Pattern 32 Hours:

Week 1: Sat 10am – 10pm Sun 10am-10pmWeekday – 1 shift either day/nightWeek 2: Fri 10pm-10amSat 10pm-10amWeekday – 1 shift either day/night

…and then repeat.

Manufacturing experience: Minimum 1 year in a production/manufacturing environmentHealth & Safety awareness: Strong understanding of H&S and quality standardsIT skills: Confident using Outlook, Word & ExcelTransport: Full driving licence + own transportPersonal skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage time effectively
