​The Process Operator will be responsible for the manufacturing and handling of raw materials and/or finished products at the plant. Safely operating equipment in the assigned area while maintaining a high degree of quality for our products and working as efficiently as possible for our continuous operation facilities.

What you will do:

Operating mechanized equipment safely, efficiently, and within specifications. Troubleshooting, inspecting, and fixing issues that arise with equipment as applicable. Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.Monitoring the operation from the control room on computers, if applicableSampling and testing productsPreparing railcars and trucks; loading and unloading trucks, railcars, and bags, as necessaryPacking, inspecting, and dumping bags, totes, sacks, or drumsFilling tanks or transferring products as necessaryHandling movement of and working with chemicals as appropriate

What you will bring:   

Read, write, and speak EnglishHigh school diploma or GED requiredComputer literate and SAP experience a plusKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety, a plusForklift experience, a plus or ability to get forklift certification, required

Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
