Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a Process Operator I to join their team. As a Process Operator I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting the Micronization and Milling Team. The ideal candidate will have strong dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Process Operator I
Location: Malvern, PA (On-site)
Pay Range: $25 - $28/hour
What’s the Job?
Perform entry-level micronization and milling of pharmaceutical active ingredients and excipients
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment in a cGMP environment
Complete batch records and documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)
Clean processing areas and equipment according to site procedures
Identify and report deviations, non-routine events, and GMP issues to supervisors
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical labor
Basic math skills and ability to complete production documentation
Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
Prior manufacturing or GMP experience preferred
