Job Description

The coating technician plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, responsible for producing high-quality product and essential components This position demands a detail-oriented individual, including machine start-up, loading the machine, troubleshooting process issues, conducting quality checks, ensuring quality, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Essential SkillsExperience machine operating in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in troubleshooting automated machines.Experience in ensuring in-process and finished product quality in manufacturing.Ability to stand on feet all day.Capability to lift 50lbs as needed and perform bending, squatting, and lifting in a general manufacturing context.Additional Skills & QualificationsSteel-toed shoes are required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a very clean setting.The position follows a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
