**Job Title: Process Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and eager Process Operator to join a leading Ethanol production company. The role involves various responsibilities, contributing to the supply of Ethanol products to major gas stations within a 40-120 mile radius. This position requires dynamic individuals capable of troubleshooting, operating machinery, and effectively managing the production process from start to finish. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot issues with conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves. + Unload materials using a sit-down gas-powered forklift. + Monitor and check temperatures of bearings. + Implement Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. + Operate a Distributed Control System (DCS) to manage workflow. + Enter data using Microsoft Word and Excel. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience as a Chemical Operator. + 3+ years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting. + 3-5 years of experience with LOTO procedures. + 5+ years of safety experience (OSHA). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with Excel. + 1+ year of forklift operation experience. + 1-2 years of experience operating boilers. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, along with Company Paid Life and Disability Insurance.
