Process Lead
Job Title: Process LeadJob Description The Process Lead role is a crucial part of the Tech Ops Warehouse & Distribution Capabilities team. This position is vital for evaluating, improving, and modernizing operational processes across warehouse and distribution functions. The focus will be on analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting the implementation of process improvements, automation, and system enhancements. Responsibilities + Analyze warehouse and distribution workflows to identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. + Map current state and future state processes using standardized process mapping tools. + Collect, interpret, and report operational data (e.g., throughput, pick accuracy, cycle time, labor utilization) to support decision-making. + Support the development, documentation, and rollout of new or updated standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Assist in planning and executing warehouse process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and digital transformation efforts. + Partner with operations, inventory control, transportation, and IT teams to understand pain points and translate them into process or system requirements. + Facilitate root-cause analysis sessions to resolve operational issues and prevent recurrence. + Act as a subject matter resource for process standards, data insights, and continuous improvement methodologies. + Assist leadership by providing analysis and insights that help guide strategic operational decisions. Essential Skills + Lean Six Sigma + Supply chain management + SAP + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery targets + Good leadership skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + 3 years of job-related experience + Project management + Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or other related fields + Master’s degree in a related field (preferred) + Experience in airline operations, supply chain, or analytics (preferred) + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends + Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related supply chain systems + Ability to create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow diagrams + Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen + Understanding of key warehouse metrics such as throughput, accuracy, cycle time, and labor utilization Work Environment This position is based at the corporate office or headquarters. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX 76155. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
